This beach is just a few minutes walk past Queen's Surf. From Waikiki, walk along Kalakau Ave, through the park, and follow the signs to Diamond Head. Just north of the lighthouse, you'll see a small road heading down to the beach. Once there, walk all the way to the right to find the "gay section." While nude sunbathing is illegal in Hawaii, you'll see many people here do it anyway.

Went on a Wednesday around 4 and there was literally no beach. The water went right up to the rocks. No place to even put a towel down or lay out. Saw one person nude and about 3 people total. Did I do it wrong lol? Also was verbally assaulted by a homeless guy in his tent because I made footprints on his "property."
gay beach
Always a favorite place to just chill and guy watch. Nude sunbathing is illegal, but being smart about it and you can still tan and loose your tan lines. On the beach look up towards the hills, you'll see paths and a lil clearings that guys are walking an cruising on. Also naked while soaking up the Hawaii Sunrays. From the lighthouse on main road, jump over the little stone wall and make your way down the paths towards the ocean, you'll come across naked guys and others who are cruising. From the road that forks off the main road you'll see cars parked on the right, guys are in them naked and sometimes strokin too. Follow road to beach and walk along sand, you'll be lead right to gay part of beach. Just be smart about going all natural
No nudity seen
We took a transit bus to Diamond head then walked to this beach. Ended up being a very long walk. Recommend just walking from waikiki or biking it. Take beach road instead of the pathway near the lighthouse. Went friday Dec 14 - was barely anybody there till the after work crowd started arriving at 3pm. Didnt see any nudity. The usual 'older guy walk by' was walking by every 10 min. The wind this time of year picks up the sand and blows it into all your belongings - so be carefull what you bring.
Visit Beach every year
Visit the beach every year in May. Always guys there, varied ages. Seems like the older ones oogle the younger ones who are quite snobby and rude. Not as much nude sunbathing as you might think except in the higher up areas. Along the sandy beach (which is minimal) almost everyone wears a suit of some sort, from board shorts to thongs...but be ready to cover up if nude. Lots of couples and families with little kids walk the beach. So if you're expecting some young hot studs to have sex with you, probably won't happen. Also at times copters fly over and check to see what's going on. That's the bad news. Now the good. Very relaxing and have definitely met a few nice guys there...even a couple younger ones that were friendly and since i'm not much of a bush sex person we chatted and he came back to the hotel with me. Had lots of fun. Any questions, just ask. will be glad to answer all.
